We recommend the ajoblanco (a almond and garlic gazpacho) with citric apples and shrimp from Sanlucar, the sturgeon carpaccio from Riofrio with pear and basil seasoning and the mandarin orange sherbet with Arbequina olives from Sevilla for dessert.
